Was let down by another company on Halloween. No phone call, no text,nothing. Just didn't turn up. Called Caitlins Castles and they were literally at my address with a castle within 15 minutes. Absolutely amazing and can't thank you enough for not letting the kids down. Sorry I didn't book with you to begin with but will always be my first choice from now on. Thanks again.

I was let down on the day of my sons birthday party with 1.5 hours before the start time. After ringing round, finally I came across these DIAMONDS who saved the day.
They were so happy to help last minute; I was willing to settle for any bouncy castle available, but we got the perfect superhero one with a slide which was what we originally planned on 🙌.
The woman on the phone was so lovely and polite and took all my details and confirmed someone would be making their way over to me straight away, we then got a follow up phone call from the drivers who were also so so lovely. They arrived

Amazing service, best quality castles and will always help any way they can,
I called up last minute to book 2 castles and they couldn't do enough to make sure we had something for the kids,
As for the lads who set up and take down, couldn't fault them at all always look after them,
I recommend caitlins to everyone and know I'm speaking for everyone who books with them,

Highly recommend Caitlins Castles! They where the most competitive price, so much variety and the communication both before and during our hire was brilliant. They where so accommodating with changing our drop off time! Kids had a great time from age 1 - 15 (plus us 30 year olds 🤣) I won't use anyone else in future. Thanks!!!

Hired the "party balloon mega slide" and it was certainly mega like as tall as the house ha!! The kids (and the adults) had an absolute ball, endless fun!! Plenty of room to just bounce at the bottom of the slide aswell. Friendly guys dropped off and collected and persevered with my small gate. Would definitely recommend !! Thanks Caitlins Castles !!

Booked two castles over two days specified my ideal times etc and the Caitlins castles team went above and beyond to meet our wishes! Cannot wait to book more castles the best around that’s for sure! The pirate ship and obstacle courses are so much fun for all!! Cannot recommended highly enough, you won’t be disappointed x

We're do I start... Rate my customer. Com petty childish behaviour from her beware she will share her views on how the bouncy castle was left..
The bouncy castle wasn't particularly gleaming when I got it yet she seems to think it was my fault for not telling her from the start I'm not that petty to be fair.. Next I find out she slates me on Facebook for leaving a little mess after a kids party.. Which was a late night from us the lads picked it up too early to have a tidy up for starters very immature shame really as we have a big family which we passed on the number and were going to order again

Booked a small castle (£45) the day before we wanted it and was delivered quickly and efficiently at 8am. Free overnight mid week and we are down for pick up at tea time so we got 2 full days out of it. Very professional and staff are lovely! Tina is always on hand on messenger to answer any questions. 5 stars from a happy family during lockdown 👏

Haven been let down on the day of my daughter's 3rd birthday by another company I phoned caitllins castle's and they dropped a castle off with an hour and made my daughter's birthday a memorable one. Excellent staff on phone and the lads who dropped it off and set it up. Thank you highly recommended
