Service for cleaning communal areas such as entrance halls, stairs and removal of rubbish. Organize any service / maintenance or repairs to telephone/intercom systems and electronic gating system. Maintenance of all external communal areas including gardening, grass cutting, wedding etc.
Organize and liaise with contractors regarding minor maintenance and repairs to communal areas, internal and external as required i.e. lighting, fixing locks, litter picking, cleaning of guttering, security fencing and gates etc.In accordance with ARMA's guidance, we charge a fixed fee per apartment/house per annum.
