Sundial Lodge is a residential care home in Torquay, Devon with individual apartments, set in one of Torbay's finest Georgian houses. It was built in 1802 and has both character and dignity. We are surrounded by an acre of beautiful, well-kept gardens which add charm and grace to the setting. We have created a residential care home with a unique difference.
You have your own self-contained apartment with kitchen and bathroom. You have the freedom to come and go as you please and at the same time have 24 hour care on hand should you need it. Services
Visiting entertainers, extensive activity programme, library service, outings and various other events. Meals for relatives/visitors and overnight guest facilities are provided at a small charge. We offer a mobile shop which sells sweets, cards, writing paper, toiletries and various other items. If there is anything in particular you need please let us know and we will do our best to get it for you.

Sundial Lodge is a Georgian house - a building of character and dignity. It stands well back from Parkhill Road, fronted by well kept lawns and gardens which add charm and grace to the setting.
It entirely depends on the severity of the nursing care you need. Very few of our residents have ever reached the stage beyond our abilities to care for them. If after some time this should become an issue we will help you speak to the necessary authorities to request the funding you need to enable you to stay.
