Fold House Park
Fold House Caravan Park in Lancashire in the North West of England provides the ultimate year round holiday experience, set in a beautiful rural riverside location in Pilling and providing easy access to The Fylde Coast, Blackpool, Lancaster, Morecambe and the The Lake District. Our excellent facilities include a bowling green, private fishing lake and heated outdoor swimming and paddling pools.

We also have a selection of holiday homes, static caravans and holiday lodges for sale from leading manufactures including Atlas Caravans and Willerby caravans. The park has been carefully designed and is ideal for less able clients and those in wheelchairs find it easy to move around the park and facilities (many of which are suitable for wheelchair users).
Services
As you would expect from a five star park our facilities, services and security on the park are maintained to the highest standards. On the park is a large bowling green, a popular facility used throughout the season for sedate games to friendly competitions. Benches are provided for those who wish to spectate.
There are no hire-fleets or sub-letting units that allow strangers on the park, no touring caravans going back and forth using our clients facilities and no dogs (except guide dogs). The only animals on the park are the likes of wild rabbits, badgers, foxes, pheasants and squirrels running out of the adjacent woodlands and fields.
All of our stock is available for unaccompanied viewing seven days a week (10am until 4pm) during the summer months. Holiday Homes/Lodges which we are selling on behalf of private owners require an appointment to view and viewings are accompanied by a member of staff/owner of the unit. We can supply New Model Caravan Holiday Homes and Lodges from most UK manufacturers ~ Just enquire for a 'fully sited' price.
Take the M55 junction 3 exit and head towards Fleetwood on the A585. After 3 1/2 miles you will reach a set of traffic lights where you turn left onto the A585/A586. At the next set of lights (1 mile), take the right hand road signposted A585 to Fleetwood. After 1 more mile turn right at the traffic lights signposted the A588 to Hambleton and Pilling.

I bought a static caravan (at today's prices around £48,000) on this park well over a decade ago, hoping to spend part of my my retirement there.
However, I did not count on their receptionist Kate Richardson who made it plain that I was not welcome there. Obviously this was due to my ethnicity (mixed race). In all and any interactions with this obnoxious racist she was off hand and discourteous. If complaining to the then managment about this closet bigot would have done any good I would have. Instead I reluctantly sold my caravan (at a great loss) and moved off this park

Extremely quiet park and very easy to find. Just look for the giant train out front (which the kids love). There is an outdoor heated pool both shallow on one side and 5'9 at deepest point and also a separate but also heated mini pool for the little ones. The park is secure and a nice place to walk around

I bought a static caravan several years ago at great cost. Sold it a year or so later and made a huge loss due to so called 'Commission' on top of Fold House selling fees. The main reason for selling was that I was made to feel unwelcome, not by other caravan owners but by the receptionist Kate Richardson. She was ignorant and discourteous towards me in any interaction I had with her. I concluded the reason for this was my race.
Although born in England to an English Mother & African Father, I was of the opinion that this individual considered I did not have a right to live there.

We have been on fold house since 1996, it is peaceful and very friendly. The grounds are beautifully kept and even after all these years we still look forward to coming at weekends.
