We are a privately run boarding cattery to be found between Worcester and Malvern and only a short drive from Malvern Link, Callow End and Worcester. In 2021 we were awarded the highest 5* award from Malvern Hills District Council, meeting all current DFRA legislation and we continue to improve facilities. Our licence number is 21/02135/ANIACT. At busier times and upon request we may be able to agree to timed drop off's and collections outside of our normal working hours.
Services
Our cattery is situated directly off Jennett Tree Lane. If your travelling from Callow End / Powick direction we are located 1.1 miles on the right hand side and if coming from Madresfield / Newland (Morrisons) you will find us 1.1 miles on the left side, opposite Deblins Green.
The team at Pets Haven are experienced in animal care, giving one to one attention to all in our guests in a cat friendly environmnent providing toys, scratch posts, hidy beds and daily grooming if required.Both dry and wet foods are available, but should your cat be on a specific diet or veterinary prescription food, this will need to be provided, with clearly written instructions.

All prices include food (wet and dry), water, litter, bedding, cleaning and scratch posts / toys as requested. All pens have theremostatically controlled heatiny to maintain a comfortable 18 degrees. Further heat pads are provided throughout the colder evenings. It is a strict requirement that all cats must be vaccinated and be up to date with flea and wormer treatments as advised by your vet.
Cleaniness - we ensure the accommodation for your cat is cleaned thoroughly before you arrive, with fresh water and clean bedding. Attention - we will groom (where allowed & accepted), play and give cuddles to your cat and regularly check on your cat(s). Trust - we welcome any prior arranged inspection and if you would like, we are pleased to What's App you photos of your cats stay.

A huge thank you to Nigel and Tracie for looking after our little girl for a week. We chose Pets Haven boarding cattery because from the initial phone call with Tracie it was clear they adored cats. We were able to go and view the cattery prior to booking with no pressure to book her in.
Whilst on holiday Tracie very kindly sent pictures to us of our cat and an update of how she had settled in, which was reassuring as this was her first stay in a cattery.
Would 100% recommend and we will definitely use Pets Haven in the future.

Would definitely recommend. This is the first time we'd left our cats at a cattery. Check in was mostly completed online before arrival. Very thorough which was very reassuring. Drop off was scheduled for covid purposes. This again was smooth and easy. We were kept updated about our cats and how they were behaving, this was supplemented by some photos. Facilities are excellent. Very clean, very spacious and safe. Collection was made simple and easy, plus we managed to have a nice chat with owners of the cattery on collection. Very passionate and caring about their business and the cats that come
