Services
Hitec offers customers a 3D design & programming service from the development of a concept through to final drawings. If a customer already has a set of drawings we are equally able to expand and develop these to final drawing stage. Flexibility is essential in the way in which Hitec work with customers and we pride ourselves in accommodating all customer requirements at whatever stage of the design process.
Hitec offers subcontract machining services using the industries latest CNC controlled milling machines, which are run by a team of experienced engineers. Precise, high quality CNC machining is something that we take great pride in at Hitec, manufacturing a range of parts. Parts need to be produced to very fine tolerances and are subject to high stresses, with high value products needing to look good and perform well.
Hitec offers a long-established laser profiling service of ferrous or non-ferrous metals. Our high-quality CO laser machine operates from a 10,000sqm facility, using the latest CNC manufacturing technology supported by CAD/CAM and production control software.

Our team of welders and coded welders occupy a number of welding bays and boast extensive experience, skill and knowledge gained over many years of sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing. Here at Hitec we weld a vast assortment of parts, sizes and applications which equates to a versatile team producing high quality hand finished sheet metal products.
Hitec is home to a range of CNC press brakes, providing reliable, fast and accurate metal folding. The machines allow us to fold sheets up to 3m long, complimented with a wide range of tooling, we can manufacture various parts with a series of bends & folds. Precision folding and correct tolerance means we achieve a high-quality product and reduce the margin of reject parts.
