If you need urgent medical advice between the hours of 6.30 pm - 8 am weekdays, during weekends or on Bank Holidays - please telephone 111. Do not leave home if you or someone you live with has either a high temperature or a new, continuous cough or loss/change to sense of smell or taste.
Services
Practice nurses are qualified and registered nurses who can help with family planning, healthy living advice, blood pressure checks. Their role includes asthma reviews, travel immunisations, child immunisations, blood tests, . Lisa works closely with the practice nurses and her work includes diabetes checks, blood pressures, blood tests, health checks, B12 injections, pneumonia, flu and shingles injections, smoking cessation advice and.
We have an SMS text reminder service to remind patients of their appointment details. If you would like to be included, please let the receptionist know your mobile telephone number. We use a system called askmyGP which is an easy and fast way to ask for any kind of help from the practice. Available 24/7 and we respond during working.
Here you can find out how to register at our practice and read other important information for patients. The practice is registered and complies with the Data Protection Act 1998. Any request for access to notes by a patient, patient's representative or outside body will be dealt with. We are pleased to announce we are now taking appointments for contraception services held here at our surgery.

The staff at this medical practice have always been excellent. I want to thank them for helping me yesterday when I felt so unwell. You have been going through such a difficult time this year but you keep going. Yesterday Dr Patel treated me so kindly and I feel so much better today. Thank you

Disgusting attitude from reception staff. I have counted 13 members of reception/admin staff. Need to change the way they speak to patients. Respect works both ways. Never had a problem with the Drs but the staff need to learn some manners

The only Doctor surgery I have been to that have actually started to investigate problems I have where I don't need to battle for it. Always able to get through on ask my GP. The Doctors listen and to be honest I can't say I've had that with previous Doctors.

Have been going to this surgery many years. Always found good service. Had a telephone apt with Dr recently. She asked me to come and see them that day. Turned out I had a heart problem. Was sent to hospital that day. They saw my son recently re a leg ulcer. No complaints at all

It’s beyond a joke, this service. I’m currently suffering with insomnia as well as many other mental health problems. Desperately trying to make appointments and get help, yet I keep getting told I can only do so now through AskMyGP- which is all well and good and I know the times we’re living in now is difficult, but by the time I manage to wake up because of my insomnia, it’s constantly closed!! Earliest I managed to wake up today was 10 and it’s still closed by then!! To say this service has massively let me down would frankly be an understatement.

Refused to see my two year old daughter even though her brother had an appointment. I had to rush her to the walk in centre where they was concerned about her temperature and gave her anti biotics to clear the chest infection. Unbelievable that the doctor at Conway practice diagnosed the chest infection but was reluctant to give her the same. Absolute shambles, I won't be taking her back for them to neglect her. Been back today after a month of sinus problems, they almost refuse to give you medicine and the advice is something you could get from NHS helpline. Update. This practice missed a vital

Unapproachable and impossible to contact.
Don't answer phone calls, askmyGP unavailable for online requests, unable to go into the building, incomplete list of medication on Patient Access. Will need to visit A&E for medication instead.

I had a problem that needs referring to specialists since March 2021 and until today I had nothing from the that department. I rang the gp practice many times to complain but they asked me to ring the hospital they referred me to. I rang and they said that the doctor put me as routine not urgent and waiting time is up to 50 weeks and I'm already waiting for 5 months now! I'm bleeding every month and it was chocking that the gp didn't care about my situation for all this time and didn't help by expediting my referral. On the other hand Ask my GP is the worst app since the pandamic. Always ofline

Rude receptionist!
A very big shame for a medical practice. Remind me of the mental asylums in horror movies. I am still in shock the way that receptionist talked to me and it was not the first time.
Does NHS really have any authority over these dodgy people?
