An important part of my ethos, at Step-By-Step Counselling & Therapies, is to provide effective and accessible bereavement counselling to the local community. During our lifetime, many of us will experience losing a loved one and this tremendous time of adjustment can be extremely difficult to navigate.
Hypnotherapy is an effective form of therapy used to treat conditions, issues or change unhelpful habits. It harnesses the power of suggestion to encourage positive change, whilst the client is in an 'altered state of awareness and relaxation'.
