Our nursery is a stand-alone family business, owned by Mrs Veronica Walker and has over twenty years experience caring for children aged between birth and five years. Although we have increased in size over the years our large team of staff have never compromised on the high standard or quality of care that we provide to all our families.
We strive to maintain a warm, friendly and family orientated environment for children to play and develop in whilst they are young. Our purpose built nursery is situated within two acres of grounds, which includes private car parking for parents and visitors.

Services
We understand that children learn more in their first years than at any other time but they must enjoy their environment and learn through play. When a child attends our nursery their days will be filled with fun, laughter, love and excitement. Whilst attending our nursery the children will follow the 'Early Years Foundation Stage' which is the current welfare standards and learning framework for children from birth to 5 years.
Our requirement for enrolment is a minimum of 1 full day per week and fees are available upon request. On registration we require a non-refundable fee of 50 per child. On confirmation of a nursery place we request a deposit of 100 which will be refunded to you when your child has completed their time at Little Acorns.

After visiting a number of nurseries in the surrounding area we had a great feeling about little acorns and decided to have our little boy go there. We weren't Dissapointed, the staff are very attentive, personable and we feel we definitely made the right decision having our son come here. Fantastic!!!!
