Physio in Ayrshire can be provided to you by Physioflexx. We offer a professional service that focuses on you. Our Physiotherapists are highly qualified and are CSP and HCPC registered. Our team come from a diverse background and have specialised interest in various areas of musculoskeletal therapy.

Please find below a short profile of each of our Ayrshire Physiotherapists. Kate gained her first degree at The Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen achieving a 2:1 in Sport & Exercise Science. She then studied Physiotherapy at the Glasgow Caledonian University graduating in 2010. Kate has specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
Services
Physioflexx provides a whole range of services, treating musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries from our clinics based in Stewarton, East Ayrshire & Prestwick, South Ayrshire. We are pleased to bring to you workshops throughout the year on all things health and wellbeing. We will talk specifically about sports and injury prevention as well as how to rehab for certain conditions. This Workshop is aimed at adults over the age of 65 and led by Physiotherapist Jennifer Butler.
Acupuncture helps to improve healing times and reduce pain levels. Small needles are inserted into specific points on the body and are stimulated regularly to ensure you get the best response. At Physioflexx we see amazing results from this treatment everyday. Our Physiotherapists are trained to the highest of standards in this method ensuring health and safety is met and you get the best possible experience.
Pilates has been proven to help strengthen your inner core and reduce the likelihood of injury and lower back pain. Our Pilates classes are small and led by a qualified Chartered Physiotherapist who will ensure the exercises are tailored to your level of ability. Classes are booked in advance and based on a 6 week or 12 week block.
Hatha Yoga which is practiced here at Physioflexx has many benefits including better sleep, strengthening core muscles, improving anxiety, helping to reduce stress and improving depression symptoms. This style of Yoga emphasizes holding poses for long periods of time. It is made up of three main practices: body postures, breathing techniques and meditation.

Excellent place. I’ve been attending fo a year now initially for a crippling back issue and now for regular 6 weekly ‘maintenance’ and weekly Pilates. The team are great, very professional, experienced and friendly and I highly recommend Physioflexx and do so regularly.
