Our fees are based on the amount of time spent on a matter and the hourly rate of the person working on your behalf. In addition to our fees, other costs will be payable when issuing a claim. The fee payable to the Court differs with the value of the claim, and ranges from 70 for a court-issued claim up to a value of 1000, up to 10,000 for a claim in excess of 200,000.
