Our friends were on holiday and at a campsite some 12 miles away from our home. Taxi required for 10pm and booked that morning at a more than reasonable price.
Taxi was waiting for us at 10pm ….. with a most entertaining driver. We decided to repeat this trip the next day and exactly the same high-quality service was received.

Always punctual, great drivers. Used this service 15 - 20 times in the last decade, no problems at all. Today I left my mobile in a drivers car, I phoned the office and told the operator then within 35 minutes he returned it! Great company, helpful drivers.

Tried to arrange a taxi from a restaurant in St Agnes to our accommodation also in St Agnes. The reason for the taxi for such a short distance was for a member of our group who is unable to walk up the large hill. Rather than giving us a price which I understand would be inflated based on the short distance, the phone operator just said 'No!' and hung up! Tried to call again incase we were just cut off and he just hung up again once I reintroduced myself.

Do not use!! Do not call!!
I called at 18.18 to book a taxi for 20.15 postcode of pick up and drop off were giving. I advised to call 5 minutes before so we can make our way out of the lodge. I called at 20.22 for an update he misunderstood and thought I said pick up at 20.30 this why fine so we both acknowledged the time difference. We both agreed 8.30pm for pick up. At 8.32pm 4 more calls where then made to the company with no answer from the company. We then missed our diner reservations and had to call and let the restuarants down and had to make alternative arrangements. It is now 22.20 and
