Absolutely disgusted today! My friend phoned your company to collect me from A and E treliske at around 11 ISH tonight, a A to B taxi pulled up to drop passengers off at A and E, my friend said it says your taxis there.so I say to the male driver is this taxi for Sam, he replied well I don't know coz I haven't finished this job, so I said ok it just says my taxis here, well I don't know your have to wait so I wait.then he says your taxi is at the main entrance, I said I wanted it at this enterence where we asked, he replied well it's only around the corner!! So I said can u messege him.he did his

In the middle of a torrential rain storm and emergency situation, Liz showed up and stayed with me for almost her entire shift to ensure she got me out of there safely. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Value
Pre booked a taxi for the night and was told £18 out ant £21 to get back. Got charged £27 out and £26 back. Taxi was also 25 minutes late coming back and took a faster route to get home as I had complained about the cost. Good quality vehicles but the 1sr and last time I would use them as they didn’t stick to there prices.

Turned up 30 minutes late, driver said it wasn't his fault! He had to phone to ask where we were, he obviously didn't know the area or how to use his satnav! We arrived in Falmouth very late for our dinner reservation and he didn't know where our restaurant was, he drove up the high street , then into the car park, then back out and then had to ask a passerby? I had booked online and had an estimate for £45 return...when he wanted payment he said it was £48....I questioned this and he phoned his office and he was laughing...I asked him what was so funny as I was not amused, he just carried on

Taxi was late, and only confirmed that there was a 30min delay AFTER I rang the company. Had to demand a taxi ASAP, as was offered one "when they could make it" was late for our table as a result. I understand that it was apparently a "busy night" (7pm Saturday) but a little notification would have been nice. The actual taxi driver was pleasant and drove safely, and was affordable
