Everytime I try and get hold of landlord there never seems to be an answer or a call back when requested. Many problems in house needs sorted an I'm getting nowhere. Ceiling is falling down downstairs and toilet is now leaking from wall. Office and mobile number doesnt even ring anymore. I will be contact the home owner to inform them. Also have 2 small babies. Appauling to treat paying tenants like this constantly

Absolute disgrace of a company! Boiler stopped working with a newborn baby and it took them a month to get someone out to fix it after countless times being on their backs about it, drain outside blocked for over a year, only finally came to fix it when environmental health got into contact with them. Shower started leaking through to the kitchen downstairs and they never bothered to come and fix it so my partner had to patch it up himself and slates loose on the roof leaking into the house and nothing done about it ! Glad we are not with this company anymore they are awful. STAY AWAY !

Never have I met a company like this in my life!!!! To point we have no boiler no water no gas and being ignored off the owner( manager) they’re a joke I feel sorry for anyone who gets a house with these cos they don’t do no jobs!!! They don’t answer emails they don’t answer calls!!! It’s a joke I’m sick to death of it now!!!!!!

I rent a house with pendle letting its damp very cold and I've never had a gas check from them there very rude on the phone an never reply to emails when you want something from them also was told I would get my deposit back from last house I rented from them but they lied to my face and I got sod all back from them stay away from this letting agency.

Took a tenancy with this company, they can not agree to price give one price charge another. they are full of false promises, telling tenants that work is to be carried out by certain times. in 3 month nothing has been done, jobs reported to them such as recurring damp, hole in roof, gutter blocked. windows have no seal, rear door rotten and about as good as a screen netting (which they stated would be sorted before winter) no answer to telephone calls very unprofessional responses on emails when they bother to reply. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Absolutely disgusted in the way this company treats their tenants. Be careful as they have hidden charges and fees that they take off you. When I moved in the property was disgracefully dirty, had BROWN water and had to pay extortionate fees to have the gas and electricity reconnected. DON'T GO WITH THIS COMPANY.
