We lie directly on the route and have a secure drying room for travellers requiring to dry out their walking gear. The Fife Coastal Path stretches from Kincardine to Newburgh, which is 116 miles and used all year. The route links some of Scotland's most picturesque former fishing villages as well as the home of golf - St. Andrews with its ancient University.

I looked at satellite earth, zoomed in on Leven, then Lomond House, then the reviews. We were so lucky to be looked after by Jim and Carol. Great for travel by car, bus and walking if you are interested in the Fife coast. Choice of cafes and restaurants.

Jean is an excellent proprietor and knowledgeable about all the walking in Scotland.
Excellent breakfast.
Lovely location next to the beach.
Also the bed/bedroom was very comfy.
Would return in a heartbeat.

This little guest house is one of the best myself and family have stayed at. Super clean, everything you need and a stone throw away from the beach and 2 mins walk from shops. Breakfast is delicious, full Scottish served with haggis, fresh salmon with scrambled eggs on toast, smoked haddock with poached eggs or great choice of cereal, yogurts, fresh fruit, toast etc, there's nothing Jean wouldn't do for you, she's a terrific host, such a nice lady. We're already looking forward to our next visit 😀👍
