Services
Footprints is a small, friendly chiropodist/podiatrist practice, and has been providing a wide range of footcare services in Edgware since 2010. The practice is run on a day-to-day basis by Miss Priti Gohil, with appointments available for consultations and treatments Monday to Saturday. We will also always try to accommodate urgent appointments wherever possible.
Taking care of your feet is an essential part of staying healthy and active, and it is something that is often overlooked. It goes without saying that your feet need to support your entire body weight throughout the day, and they are therefore subject to all sorts of pressures, stresses and strains.
Problem nails are one of the most common footcare complaints, and can often be difficult or inadvisable to treat yourself. Many people can simply find it difficult to keep their own toenails trimmed and looked after, in which case we can offer affordable regular sessions to keep you feet neat.

Other specific complaints, such as thick, brittle or discoloured nails, ingrowing toenails, or fungal nail infections can be the source of significant discomfort and embarrassment, and we can offer specialist treatments of each of these conditions. Our modern, custom-designed practice is fully equipped, allowing us to carry out nail surgery where required.
Foot pain is not normal. Pain in the ball of your feet, heel, ankle, leg, knee or lower back can all be caused by the way we walk. These pains can be caused by the structure and position of the feet during stretching, walking or exercising. At Footprints Surgery, we can assess, diagnose and treat these conditions with functional orthoses.
One of the possible effects of diabetes is a reduction in blood flow to the feet. This, combined with unstable blood sugars, can result in diabetics losing the feeling in their feet, and being more susceptible to injury andcirculation problems. As a result, it is more likely that foot complaints will go unnoticed and untreated.

A nice small friendly practice. The service is great. However you would need to book well in advance to to get an appointment due to only one doctor working here.

Always late and very rude. No apology for running late. When confronted, replied with you don’t have to come here.
