Late in 2018, we were concerned that our main production roaster was being overworked and we were too reliant on one machine. So we bought this lovely Roastmax which is a brilliant workhorse! It has almost unlimited control over the roast process so it is perfect for roasting different size batches up to 10kg.
We pack and sell all of our coffees to order. So we can pack any product, with any roast or grind specification in any size of pack to suit your needs. We source all of our coffees through shippers in London who have direct links with the growers. They maintain the highest standards regarding quality, sustainability, traceability and social responsibility.
We supply new espresso machines from a range of manufacturers and frequently have used equipment available. We advise you the most suitable set-up for your needs as we are not tied to any other supplier. We specify the full range of equipment so you do not find a whole range of hidden extras or problems after installation.
We sell bulk catering packs of our own brand standard format Fairtrade teabags plus a wide range of tagged and tag-and-envelope teabags. I addition we can hand pack small batches of "draw-string" teabags using any of of our loose teas. Just phone up for prices and details. Loose teas brewed in the traditional style have seen a massive increase in popularity over the last 2 - 3 years.
For generations, country people have been making fruit cordials as a way of preserving summer fruits to enjoy over the winter months. Our range of naturally delicious cordials are made using the same traditional methods. They contain masses of pressed fresh fruits, freshly-picked flowers and cooked spices so they taste deliciously real and they dilute up to 1:10.
