I love driving! So I decided the best thing to do is pass on my passion and experience to others. Hence, I became a driving instructor. I believe in conducting lessons based on the individual I teach rather than having a rigid structure which doesn't always work for everyone. I make learning fun and use modern, up-to-date techniques, which work extremely well.

I pride myself on my patience and have experience in teaching pupils of all abilities. If you are a beginner looking to learn or just need some refresher lessons or possibly motorway lessons then please do get in touch! Would highly recommend Andy, my son started driving at the end of February and had just passed first time.

Andy Wimbs is a very nice man who was very patient with my son Steven. Steven only started learning to drive in February and by October was able to pass his test first attempt. It was amazing to watch his confidence grow with each lesson. We would highly recommend Andy to anyone beginning driving who needs a clear, calm and patient instructor.

Highly recommend he was always so calm and patient with me and always made me feel calm. I passed first time thanks to Andy and how helpful all his tips and teachings were. He was constantly giving me feedback on my driving and what I could do better next. I always felt so calm and reassured when driving with him and would always tell me when I'd done something really well which helped with my confidence. I would highly recommend him to anyone starting to drive.

Great instructor, very easy to talk to and great to get on with. Explains everything great and easy to understand, very quick pass rates, took me around 4 and a half months! Would highly recommend.

A great driving instructor. My daughter was A very nervous reluctant driver. Andrew patiently saw her through and she passed first time! So glad my other daughter is now learning with him. Fingers crossed for another 1st time pass. Would highly recommend Andy wimbs driving school.

Absolutely fantastic teacher, patient, understanding, and knows what he doing. Has a great teaching technique and is the reason I passed first time, very flexible with times and picking up. Would highly recommend for anyone.
