Leave Cambridge on the Newmarket Road to the Stow-Cum-Quy roundabout and proceed along the B1102. After going through the village of Stow-Cum-Quy, pass the road to Lode on your left and continue straight on through the Swaffhams through to Burwell. On entering the village continue straight on for 1/2 mile.
It is a detached house with a double garage for guests use. There is a small garden area at the front and sides and paved court yard at the back with four other detached properties. We bought it brand new from the builder approximately 20 years ago, it has always been a holiday house. Anglian Windows have replaced all the external windows and doors soffit, facias and down pipes.

Basic cottage with slightly outdated decor and systems but fairly comfortable. Not ideal if you're tall as ceilings low. Kitchen actually quite a good size. One shower over a bath and a bath upstairs with a shower head but too low ceiling to shower. Needed a more thorough clean, I found several dirty items behind the bedside tables and various dust or just dirt around surfaces etc. The cost I think was relatively low so that is reflected in what you got. Parking was good. No visitors book that I could see and instructions seemed quite dated - recycling/ rubbish instructions for eg. WiFi and TV
