Fiona, David and family moved to Coynachie after finding this beautiful house in a fantastic countryside setting. Fiona grew up in the area and wanted her family to return and enjoy the fresh clean air, space and sense of peace. A far cry from the hustle and bustle of city life! My husband and I enjoyed our short stay tremendously. We had the uppermost floor to ourselves, the bathroom had the same size as our room. Our host was very nice and tries to minimize the carbon footprint of the whole establishment, which is nicely explained in the info brochure in the guest rooms. The breakfast was splendid and probably the best we've had during our time in Scotland. Try the specials, you won't regret it. The coffee was marvellous.

This is a gem of a B&B, the best I've ever stayed at. It's a period house with lots of character in a wonderfully secluded spot in the countryside a short drive away from Huntly. We messed up our booking and turned up on the wrong date, but luckily Fiona had rooms available and we were welcomed without a fuss. Our rooms and en-suites were incredibly spacious and beautifully appointed, and the breakfast was very good too. We'd definitely go back and would love to stay longer next time. Highly recommended.
