It was three years ago that my partner and I rented a flat from them. They messed up procedures so much, that we had to go through things again and again, we had to call them many times just to get information, or just chase them for things, we just lost so much time. I do not recommend.

This estate agents is terrible. My partner and I were meant to move into our flat in around a week and the agents have just called us to say the current tenant will be staying so we can't. They're saying they have no record of us signing documents which is a complete lie. These people are con artists and cannot be trusted at all. I start Uni in 2 weeks and have nowhere to stay thanks to their incompetence.

Excellent estate agents - many thanks to Ryan Cherry and the team who have all been extremely helpful during the tenancy in a studio apartment in Southampton. From the initial contact in helping us find suitable accommodation remotely, providing virtual tours and responding so promptly to all our enquiries - though to viewings and agreeing the tenancy, their professionalism and helpful manner has been outstanding. An issue with overpayment (mistake on my part) was addressed immediately and there was no delay whatsoever in the return of funds or the deposit. I would highly recommend this agency

What a pleasure dealing with the staff at Kings. One of the easiest moves I’ve done, from application to completion of contract. Comprehensive list of requirements from my side and once submitted, regular updates from the agent. Always available to take my (many) calls and happy to deal with queries and needs pertaining to property in question, such as necessary painting and cleaning prior to moving in. Hoping not to move too soon, but would happily do it through Kings again. Great service. Thanks guys.

I recently used Kings Estates to sell one of our student BTL properties. They moved quickly to get the property listed and were then highly effective in agreeing the sale price. However, they did not stop there. They diligently ensured the sale progressed through the conveyancing process with the respective solicitors. They also helped to deal with some condition matters relating to the property. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.
