Jill Foster Dance Centre

The Jill Foster Dance Centre (JFDC) is a family owned and operated Dance School based within Milton Keynes and the surrounding area. Our mission statement has always been 'Dancing for Fun & Fitness' and our goal is to give high standard Dance Tuition in a variety of styles for all ages and abilities.

Jill qualified as a dance teacher in 1977 and opened the Jill Foster Dance Centre in 1980, which today sees over 400 students of all ages through its doors each week. Over the Years Jill has trained many local, national and international dance teachers, some of which have gone on to win illusive scholarships with the IDTA.

Aleksandra wanted more than just a wobble for our first dance at our wedding. Having convinced me, we found the Jill Foster dance school and made our enquiries. At our first lesson we were introduced to our teacher and immediately got started on our dance. Our teacher made us feel at ease, gave us the confidence we needed and we all had such fun during the weeks that followed.

The JFDC is an established dance school providing dance tuition for tiny tots, children, teenagers and adults of all abilities across Milton Keynes and the surrounding area since 1980. A fun but structured class which introduces the younger dancer to Street, Freestyle, Ballroom, Latin American, and Rock N Roll dance following the IDTA Rosette Syllabus.

Our adult focused sessions take place at our fantastic studio located in the MK Snap Building, Walnut Tree, Milton Keynes MK7 7DE which boasts a large sprung wooden floor, access to mirrors, Air-con, ample free parking and a comfortable waiting area. All sessions are lead by fully IDTA qualified dance teachers and attendance to any of our events is welcomed solo, with a partner or in groups.
