All projects are always quoted individually to directly reflect the time needed to devote to it, and are quoted on a fixed price basis so you don't have to worry about escalating costs. So you're building a completely new home, how exciting! You will need Planning Permission and Building Regulation approval before you can put a spade in the ground.
