I would rate 10 star if I could. Extremely professional, fair price with great value, the boss is very informative and explain openly with me what and why things are there and I completely agree with his approach. We had a new alarm fitted by Abbott's security, after our old one was past its sell by date. They kept us informed every step of the way, on pricing, the time the engineer would arrive, and we even had a call from the engineer of his arrival time. Our alarm system was fitted by Abbott's Security in 1996 and has worked perfectly ever since. Obviously, certain parts have worn over the years but we have only required a new keypad and two standby batteries during that time, which is to be expected. The original exterior alarm box was replaced a week ago by their engineer, Paul who phoned on the appointed day to advise he was on his way, arrived on time, put on clean over-shoes and carried out the checks and replacement in a friendly and efficient manner. Abbott's, including Geoff the owner and Nicola his daughter, is a good company to deal with

Had our alarm serviced by Abbott’s Security and can honestly say their service was fantastic. Nicola’s communication upon taking my booking was brilliant and the text updates were superb too. I even had to change the date which was no issue at all. The engineer Sean was equally friendly and professional. Overall, very happy with the price and service received.

Abbots installed new security cameras in our house and after installation we found a problem. It transpired it was not of their making but they still fixed it without a fuss. I had an additional camera fitted to my CCTV. Nicola was quick to respond via email, very helpful and informative. Callum called on the morning to confirm a time of which was spot on which made it more… convenient. He was extremely professional, explained in detail my options and exactly what he was going to do. I was also very impressed with the attention to detail when inside my house like dust sheets, shoes off, and hoovering up on completion. Abbott’s Security 1: not the cheapest but are a good local business 2: lady who does the bookings on the phone polite & very organised . 3: the fitter was extremely polite , wore his Covid mask the whole time even on a extremely hot day & explained all the alarm to me . Nothing was too much trouble.
