We are licensed, and strictly follow the H.A.C.C.P plan to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality. We have in the shop a wide range of essential groceries, to serve the local community and daily visitors. Our freshly prepared meats include chicken, sausage, ham, gammon, bacon, pies, pasties and curries.

We have hot cooked breakfast cobs to take away all day, and spit roast chickens, chicken portions, boneless chicken breast and chicken wings. Our fresh vegetables include garlic, ginger, green chilies, carrots, red onions, cauliflower. A seasonal selection of fruit.

Cakes Report

The delicious Genoese sponge has a raspberry jam filling and a creme centre and is covered in soft rolled icing. We have many different pictures that can be incorporated onto your cake. One of our many specialities has to be our extensive range of celebration cakes, including many different designs of wedding cake.

Wow!! What a lovely friendly butcher. Was recommended by a friend and wasn't disappointed one bit. The 3 pieces of steaks were lovely and even ask if we wanted them coated which made them taste even better. Will certainly be going back for more steak and the pies look lovely too.
Highly recommended!! 10/10

Ram is one of the friendliest people I have met. He will 100% try and give you the food you are looking for. The food is always fresh. If he hasnt got what your looking for he will try and get it, as quick as possible. Hes also on facebook. His curried chicken is to die for.

I always go there home made pies excellent spicy stir fry bottles of ginger west coat still warms the body up ideal for arthritis I buy 10 bottles a time loads of home made stuff voted cleanest butchers in derby ,prices are very good for quality stuff well worth a visit and what a lovely friendly person thanks glad I found this place
