Cleaver Meats

All my Christmas meat order was absolutely lovely. I'm really fussy about meat but everything I've had from Cleavers so far has been lovely. The turkey, beef and gammon...all beautiful! Fair prices too for good quality produce.

Just had a Picanha beef joint and it was the best i have had very tender nice bit of fat on it rendered down made grate roast and beef dripping gravy and added nice flavaour don't know why i havent heard of this cut before will definitely get again

Our first time order and we are very pleased with the quality. We did have a minor hiccup with our order but that was resolved very quickly. Will be ordering again, web site was easy to use and the range of products was excellent, delivery was on time.

I have used Cleaver meats for some years and shall continue to do so, the quality of the meat is fantastic and the price is reasonable.
The staff are helpful and friendly with a nice bit of banter.
I just wish I could get some kidney.

It's not always about how well companies do something, it is also about how they fix things when something has gone wrong. I wasn't happy with the quality of some rump steaks I had bought from them. so I messaged them on their Facebook page on Saturday afternoon. Within 10 minutes I had a response, and an offer to sort the problem. Not only did they replace my rump steak, they have literally just delivered it to my door! Other businesses could learn from them on what customer service is. Thank you so much!

Putting it simply, if you are looking for a top quality, class butcher that delivers to a wide area of places and also gives you tasty, very high quality meats, sauces and all, you've found it. I have just had my delivery to South Wales and I am unbelievably happy with my order, price and Customer Service.

Started using Cleaver meats just before Christmas to stock up for the month. As a family of 5 (sometimes 6) we get through plenty of meat for meals.
We get anything from the £36.50 family pack to top us up on a few things, to the £99 meat for a month pack. Never had an issue with any of the products, always very tender and juicy.
Perfect, timely delivery and delivery staff are always happy and chatty.

We've only been having meat delivered from Cleaver meats for a few weeks, but the quality is wonderful and this will now be a regular thing. The chap who delivers is really friendly with some great banter which we love. We had one pack of sausages which had some missing and they brought some more out the next day, can't say fairer than that. 🙂

Everything I ordered (and I ordered a lot) was superb. Lamb chops were some of the best I have had. Jacob's ladder ribs ordered but not yet tried. If they are as good as they can be at the price these guys are charging I will buy a freezer full!!!!

Have always ordered from here and would recommend purely on the quality and value however this morning hasn't been a great experience at all... Usually always use this butchers, rang up today to place a large Christmas order to be left on the phone listening to two staff members having an argument over one saying delivery with an option and the… other kicking off because he doesn't want to take the call or do the order and delivery. Left me feel uncomfortable and not wanting to order. Very disappointed with this service and complete outburst of staff. I usually go into the actual butchers

I've been buying bulk meats for years now and I still haven't found any place that gives great quality meats at Cleaver Meats prices. The staff at their HQ and in the Eagle Market are always give the best service. I often get bulk chicken breast in 5kg packs and chicken thighs. If you need a reliable butcher, Cleaver Meats are your guys! I can't hesitate in recommending this guys enough. The HQ has parking outside the show and if you call in advance they can get you most of your catering needs.
