An absolute joke. I was misadvised about the implications of starting a limited company. Now left with a massive bill. What's worse is their software for uploading your reciepts means that, no one else can gain access while they have full control. Gone are the old days of paper so these lot take full advantage of that. Once I aired my concerns about this, it was a case of, off you go then. Avoid At all costs. Extremely dodgy.

I was reluctant to go Freelance due to disliking the financial side to the business, I found Middlers via a Google Search and so pleased I signed up to be a client. Lynsey has been exceptionally helpful and has allowed me to focus on my business without the niggling financials. Xero is also an incredible tool, takes a lot of the admin out of it.

The most difficult part of being self-employed is the accounts and the taxes and I'm so pleased I contacted Middlers.
Providing everything online means I need less time away from work and because Andy's work reflects exactly what Middlers' promise to provide, I know everything is sorted efficiently and professionally.
Being able to contact Andy by phone or email is really reassuring - I always get a quick response with answers that are easy to understand.

After moving our business location we were looking for new accountants and approached Middlers largely on account of their informative and enterprising website. A meeting with them confirmed our choice. The decider came when we called Lynsey on a Sunday afternoon in something of a panic, and she responded quickly and professionally in a way that calmed us down by focusing on solutions rather than problems. After approaching our first 12 months in business we decided to look around for a better deal for our accounting needs.
