Services
We're lucky to have fantastic osteopaths at the clinic. Their training involved a minimum 4-year degree course at the University College of Osteopathy encompassing a thorough academic education and over 1000 hours of clinical practice in the student clinic. They are all registered with the General Osteopathic Council.
Osteopaths subscribe to the principle that your overall health depends on healthy movement and function of your body. In the same way that a mechanic helps a car to run more smoothly and efficiently, Osteopaths help your body work better so that you can get on with normal life in comfort. We use a combination of movement, stretching, massage and manipulation to improve flexibility, relieve pain and speed recovery from injury.
Osteopathic treatment is wholly appropriate for children and can be incredibly helpful, but it's not what we're specialised to offer at our practice. For children under the age of 12 we recommend The Nunhead Practice. We are registered providers for most major insurers. Please let us know when booking if you will be using using health insurance as it may have a bearing on which of the Osteopaths you should see.

I’m a 53 year old man that has had a very active and physical life, picking up numerous aches and pains along the journey.
I have experienced numerous therapists, both good and not so good.
I can confidently say I have never had the pleasure of being treated by a more caring, professional and able practitioner than Gina.
You are left feeling like it’s not just a job to her, but that she puts her heart and soul into her work.

I hadn't visited an osteopath so I wasn't sure what to expect, but Hollie put me completely at ease. She was professional, knowledgeable and warm and was able to address my concerns. She answered all of my questions and followed up promptly with a bespoke exercise plan. I can't recommend West Dulwich Osteopaths enough and look forward to returning myself.

So unfortunately Hollie will soon be away however.... I have many many.....many injuries. Broken shoulder,leg,arm and neck. Chronic pain sufferer over here. However since seeing Hollie for a year I've had the greatest improvements I've ever experienced. She is thorough, patient, knowledgeable, very well priced,super friendly. Actually literally the best therapist sessions I've had.

As a Crossfit athlete I wasnt able to progress in my sport due to constant problems in my shoulders. I got to a point where I was completely helpless, demotivated with my training and thought I was never gonna be able to train properly without being with an ice pack on my shoulder for the next three days.
