Services
Dan turned professional in 2006 after a successful amateur career which saw him represent the Devon County Golf Union at all levels and winning the South West boys championship. In 2002 his golf took him across the pond to the United States where he mixed college golf with studying for a business degree at Webber International University in Florida.
Each individual will be required to follow the Government's current guidelines with respect to contact details, social distancing, face coverings etc. In addition to this website, you may wish to check with the Club Professional or the Office for the latest information regarding tee reservations. During periods of heavy works/poor weather the above rates may be discounted at the discretion of the Secretary/Pro Shop.
We welcome groups of players to spend a day with us, from small parties to corporate golf days. Various packages are available, these are described below in more detail. We can also custom design a golf day to your own particular requirements. To arrange a golf day at Torquay Golf Club, please contact our office on 01803 314591.
There is always something happening: Golf competitions for Men, Ladies, Mixed golf and Juniors plus an enjoyable social calendar. For Juniors we run Friday Junior golfing evenings, some Sunday competitions as well as coaching lessons throughout the summer months. The location of Torquay Golf Club, being just a short distance from St Marychurch and Babbacombe is ideal - many members live within walking distance.
Torquay Golf Club, like England Golf, encourage that junior golf should be great fun and available to all. Providing a structured development of golfing needs for all juniors, this section is important to our club. We offer a great introduction into golf with learning the basic points in a fun way for our new members.

Visited 6th July 2020, played a socially distanced threeball with friends, clubhouse closed but the pro shop and toilets were open, friendly welcome and got called to the tea ahead of my tee time. This parkland course is very picturesque with toilets half way round. The Greens are simply stunning and run true, some amazing views from the tees at the top of the coastline.
Car park is small and very popular so get there early.

Excellent golf course with great views friendly and welcoming members and staff. Our meal was a carvery and with 3 meats and at least 7 vegetables was wonderful value.
Friendly pro shop with a large stock of equipment and selection of ancillaries at very competitive prices.
Definitely worth a visit.
