Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
I've been waiting for a delivery since January. It's now March. I've been given 4 different delivery days, which have never come through. I've been left waiting with no idea when or IF it'll ever ever arrive. Although the correspondent at davies turner has been nothing but polite.

Wouldnt even give 1 star if I could. Was told pay for duty / VAT immediately went to internet cafe in deepest COVID paid immediately and then they ignored all telephone calls. Just before closing an email came through sorry could not arrange delivery tomorrow. HOw about coutesy of a call perhaps we can together arrange something else?

This has to be the worst company we ever used. I've had my goods kept for almost 3 months and when it finally came HALF of my goods were missing. We been sending emails back and forward and calls with David turner managers. Only when cctv cameras captures proofeotherwise that i had my second goods delivered without informing us.
