Services
Dating back to 1891, it is hardly surprising Sheringham Golf Club has an interesting history - even less so that we are rightly proud of that history and happy to share it with visitors and members alike. To that end we have a number of written, photographic and other original artefacts on display in the main corridor of the Clubhouse and in our dining room.
A former county coach, he has assisted with England Regional squad training and is available to help players of all standards - both Members and visitors. With our indoor facilities, Skytrak technology, Par 3 practice holes, driving range, short game areas, practice bunkers and greens, he can work across your whole game with ease.
The current Clubhouse, dating back to 1912 on this site - retains much of its original charm and character. Though continuously refurbished and modernised, it yet manages to offer a sense of stepping back in time a little. As you walk along the main corridor towards the lounge, photographs and other historical artefacts line the walls and bring an immediate feeling for the very special atmosphere of this much-loved venue.
As part of the overall quality experience we want visitors and Members to enjoy in our Club, we have invested significantly into our Lounge Bar, 19th Hole and Dining Room facilities. The bars sell a good selection of local, regional and national beers and lagers, alongside the broadest range of spirits (including a local gin), ciders, wines and soft drinks.
Mike Jubb and his team offer a warm welcome in the Professional's Shop to golfers of all abilities, and are always happy to assist you on any golfing matter. Conveniently situated alongside Car Park and Clubhouse, the Shop is open 7 days a week from 8.00am - 6.00pm in the Summer, and 8.00am - dusk in other seasons.

Wouldn't know anything about the golfing experience but the welcoming nature and kindness of the staff was overwhelming.
The soup and sausage role was damn good too.
Thank you so much

Very good golf course but not as good as Royal Cromer. Fairways a bit fluffy. Beautiful location. Nice welcome. Quite expensive, more than Royal Cromer and didn't warrant it.

Great game of golf. Great course. Lovely views some hard holes, but if you keep on the fairway you have no problems. Would love to play it more often.

Tough course when the wind blows. Heavy rough. A number of blind drives.
We had a slow round but was playing in a well organised senior pairs competition

Underated course. We played Brancaster and Hunstanton on our trip and Sheringham definitely holds its own. Really friendly clubhouse too.

Well worth the green fees.

Quaint and contemporary. Norfolk's best links course, for all comers. Yes it's pricey but you never regret any of the golf, views, sea air and of course the scumtious breakfast. My favourite morning exercise 🌞🌞.

First part is very picturesque, back half is not as pretty. A lot of blind shots so hard to hit with confidence when you play the first time.
