We have been so thrilled with the way that Natalie and Miriam handled our house sale. What most impressed us was how responsive they were, both by email and phone - we never waited more than a few hours (day or night), and were guided through the sale with great care and attention. We used Spratt Endicott to help with sale and purchase of our property. Our Solicitor Debbie was brilliant. Thorough , professional, highly responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We had quite a stressful time with our buyers but Debbie kept us well informed and did everything she could to move us forward. She really made us feel valued. Recommend this company highly. Won’t be moving again for the foreseeable, but if we did would use this company again and again.

We couldn't recommend the team at Spratt Endicott enough. Having used their conveyancing services when we bought our first house, it was only natural we would return to them in the selling and buying of a new house. Natalie and Mariam were absolutely fantastic - navigating the selling and buying with ease (ahead of the Stamp Duty deadline!) and making everything clear and easy for us to follow - especially important with tight deadlines. We wouldn't use any other solicitors, Spratt Endicott are certainly the best in the area.
