We had to threaten the legal ombudsman before they handed my dad's will over. Really unsympathetic to his passing away as well. Seems on the verge of being closed. Shame.

Went in for a change of surname, solicitor never got back to me. It's been over a month since I last heard from the solicitor. Very disappointed as I know they usually have exceptional service. At least the receptionist was nice.
