A unique establishment conveniently situated right next to Hassocks Station on the main London to Brighton line which itself is the gateway to the South Downs National Park. The Hassocks Community Cycle Hire is situated on the premises for those energetic enough to explore the National Park. The Hassocks considers itself a true family/dog friendly community pub providing a variety of services to it's clientele.

The Hassocks is well known for its TV Sports coverage being fully subscribed to Sky Sports, BT Sports and ESPN. All programmes are available on our 7 HD TV's incuding multi-screen viewing on request (no need to miss your favourite - just ask at the bar). The Hassocks sponsors a local football team Keymer & Hassocks who are always interested in new recruits.

Busy on a Saturday (no surprise there). Prices are ok. Lots of sport on TV. A decent boozer.

We visited to take part in a quizz. Approx 16 people attended. The service provided by the pub was first class, from the care and attention to the quality of the pre-ordered lunch was very good. We would go back again

Excellent, we were only there to see a music gig, at the mid Sussex music hall (which is attached to the pub) the pub though seemed really friendly. Service was good and fast. So we had our drinks, then round the side to the music venue. So I will definitely go back in the future

Nice size pub with plenty of seating inside and out. so glad they now sell Birra Moretti like lots of pubs at the moment. They have a pool table to witch is a bonus.

Went to a comedy night here. It was a good night with great staff. Apart from the one with a scenc of humour by pass. Other than that all was well. Hence four stars.

Nice experience ... You can have beer and if you are big fan of football this is best place in Hassocks where you can enjoy the game with your drink
