A2 was founded in 2000 by creative director Andrew Pengilly. He started his career with Pentagram in London and immediately prior to setting up A2 was creative director of Carre Noir in Paris, working on design and branding assignments for major multinationals. We strongly believe this experience of assisting large corporations can be used to help small-to-medium sized business gain an advantage with their brand and marketing.

We study your market sector and review your competitors. We analyse the way the image you project is perceived both internally and externally, and any potential disparity between the two.

Our goal is to help our clients persuade others to select them as preferred suppliers, partners, employees, shareholders etc. To achieve this, strong sales and marketing material is essential in helping organizations get noticed, tailoring their message to a specific audience, whilst reinforcing their brand values.
We are able to adapt identity systems to any number of internal applications a client may have, bringing consistency to both their internal and external communications. These might include stationery, invoices, product sheets, newsletters and email templates.

These templates can also help reduce costs; for example we can produce fully designed and pre-printed presentation covers that simply need to be run through an office printer to apply the title, using a supplied Word template.
