These can be used for favours, as a desert or at the end of the evening given to each guest as they leave. A wedding cake that is made up of mini cakes usually consists of having a whole cake on the top around 8-10 inch and than tiers of mini cakes below, although all mini cakes can be used you don't have to have a whole cake.
Modern Birthday cakes are really the main category for cakes as they cover a wide range of designs. They are a little different to traditional cakes as they don't tend to have frills and piping and are a little plainer, perhaps brighter and designed with more modern ideas, such as the elephant cake in the gallery.

If possible it would be a no star, asked for fruit cake for bottom tier and got sponge cake and asked for cascading roses and got cascading petals, and she texted me the day before my wedding only to tell me that she can't do the cupcakes, so stay well clear of her and won't recommend her, she has also refused to give deposit back fo cake stand as she provided 20 substandard cupcakes, as I said above STAY WELL CLEAR OF HER

I wouldn't even give 1 star... Absolutely appalling service, took a deposit then wouldn't show up for a consultation then was promised my deposit back but haven't received anything and then blocked/ ignored from any communication... So I was left £30 down and having to rush to find someone to do my wedding cake with 4mnths notice.

Awful service. I phoned a week before our wedding and she had no recollection of who we were or what we wanted (although we had paid a deposit) During the consultation just talked about her wedding. She gave my cake topper the wrong coloured hair (although the beard was the correct colour, so obviously couldn't care less about getting it right). Cake was obviously a supermarket bought packet and tasted as such. Save yourself a lot of bother and use someone with an ounce of professionalism.

Wastes your time, doesn't get back to you and doesn't reply back to her emails. Will let you down and not very business like. It's a pity I can't do half a star as 1 star is wasted on this company. Thankfully I have found someone who can do my grandsons 1st birthday cake and is very helpful and polite, unlike this company.
Avoid using them, so you don't end up being disappointed.
