Services
VHS Fletchers was formed in 2008 by the merger of two long established firms to bring together related and complementary specialisms, leading to a firm capable of providing advice and representation throughout the midlands and nationwide. Since then, the firm has continued to expand to employ 38 solicitors, including 9 solicitor advocates with rights of audience in the Crown Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.
Over and above the expected 24 hour criminal defence services within the police station and courts, VHS Fletchers are able to provide a broad range of additional services for individuals and businesses. From our offices across the East Midlands an expert from our team will be identified to provide advice and representation no matter where you are in the country.
We understand that affordability is a concern for anyone needing the services of a lawyer. As a result we pride ourselves on providing good value for money to all of our clients. We will always investigate with you the most cost-effective way of funding your case, whether that be through legal aid, personal insurance, fixed fees or private funding.
As a firm we are committed to providing equal opportunities in employment. Each applicant will be judged solely on their merits and will receive equal treatment regardless of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation.
Our partners and lawyers provide a broad base of expertise, and as a team we have expert knowledge across the full range of criminal litigation and related or similar matters. We have a commitment to make a difference in your case through exemplary client care, teamwork, integrity and legal knowledge.
