We used SGC to sell one property and buy another. Overall our experience was really positive. Simon was really communicative and very efficient and our conveyancing time on the purchase was 10 weeks, we thought was really speedy given the current situation and also Simon taking 2 weeks leave.
We would recommend them absolutely, particularly after a bad experience with another solicitors earlier in the year.

Super experience. Called with a legal concern and explained the situation to the lady on reception, she documented the issue precisely and member of the team called me back, he (richard) was very clear and reassuring.

Richard advised of fair splits and divides and importance of our choice in executors, sent us through a list of things to consider and the procedure needed as

Our Estate Agent recommended SGC to do our conveyancing ( not because they get a fee) and I am so glad we took their advice. From the first phone call to the last email their service was highly efficient, very professional and very competitively priced. Every member of staff we had dealings with were pleasant, courteous and helpful and, in particular, I cannot thank Simon enough for the excellent way in which he completed our house sale and purchase. He was absolutely on the ball all the way through and emails or phone calls were all answered or dealt with so promptly. Just a pity other solicitors
