Services
We opened our first office in Cuckfield High Street in the late 1980's. A traumatic 12 months followed as Britain suffered a turbulent economic climate with extraordinary interest rates peaking at 15% and the start of an economic downturn that was set to last for more than 3 years. However despite this we knew our market and determined to succeed moved to bigger premises right in the centre of the village in 1992.
Set in the district of Horsham in West Sussex, Henfield is nestled between London to it's North and Brighton to it's South. Whether you love exploring the great British Countryside, stepping back into history or are a food fanatic, Henfield is the ideal place to live!

Did you know - Cuckfield has been listed as one of the best places to live in the South-East by the Sunday Times? The Mid Sussex village appeared in the Sunday Times' Best Place to live in their Guide for 2019. It has been praised for its colourful high street packed with beautiful old houses dating back to medieval times.

Never have I had the misfortune of dealing with such an arrogant, ignorant letting agents. I've been waiting weeks for the return of a deposit which has been held unnecessarily despite numerous requests for it's release, and I've now had to report them to Trading Standards and ask for the Tenancy Deposit Scheme to organise the release of the deposit as Marcus Grimes have breached their time allowance. I'd urge anyone to think twice before renting through them.

Fantastic agent - just completed on a property in Hurst via Robert and was very, very impressed. Robert negotiated a fair deal on both sides initially and again following the survey. His friendly demeanor and helpful attitude made the process nice & easy and we're very grateful to him for sorting everything out, nothing was too much trouble. Definitely will be recommending and using them when the time comes to move on.
