My partner and I would highly recommend Flint and Co in Hayward’s Heath for your Estate agency needs. Steven at the office originally showed us around the property we decided to purchase.
From there on, Steven and other staff at the office were always very helpful and went the extra mile to help iron out issues and communicate to both sides including solicitors, effectively.

Flint & Co were the estate agents for mine and partner's first house purchase and I was very impressed by the service we received. Theresa, in particular, was always contactable and sent me regular updates as to how far along the process we were and when things were expected to move forward. I bought a property through Flint 6 years ago. When you buy a property you don't have a choice of the listing agent but as it happened we were very lucky it was with Flint as the process was very smooth and the staff were great. I used Flint to market and sell my property and was very pleased. The attention to detail and the quality of the photography and printed brochure really gave the property the best chance.
