Services
In 1894, permission was given by the Lord of the Manor for the establishment of a nine-hole golf links on Burbage Common. Complaints from the public were nullified by a small, one-off, contribution towards maintenance of the common and so with clearing and relaying of fairways and greens Burbage Common Golf Club was formed.
Set in the heart of Leicesteshire's countryside, at Hinckley Golf Club you are always made to feel welcome whether you are looking for a relaxing day's golf, the ideal course for a society or just the right club to join. Our attractive Par 71, 18-hole parkland golf course extends to 6696 yards -- however, we do have 5 sets of tee blocks which provide an excellent golfing challenge for all handicaps.
Three exceptional Golf Clubs were shortlisted for the prestigious 2016 GolfMark Club of the Year award. This award, now in its eighth year, recognises GolfMark clubs which have made an outstanding contribution to the game of golf through a range of activities. The 3 shortlisted clubs were Penrith Golf Club, Erewash Valley Golf Club, and Hinckley Golf Club.
The variety and challenge of Hinckley's mature parkland layout, with its several water holes and tricky greens, offers a fair yet demanding test for any casual or competitive golfer. But, Golf Days aren't just about the golf! Make the most of your event by ordering breakfast or bacon rolls & coffee before play, and lunch or main meals after play.
If you are looking for a Wedding Venue with magnificent views of beautiful countryside then a visit to Hinckley Golf Club is a must. Our friendly atmosphere and modern facilities, together with years of experience and professionalism in offering the complete wedding package will ensure that your special day is truly memorable.

We played Hinckley Hills G.C on Sunday morning (8/15/21) and the staff was friendly and the course has a nice layout with nice greens. The course is overpriced for the rest of the conditions. The sand traps are the worst I have seen on a golf course and the cart paths are absolutely terrible.
It will be a long time before we return to this place when there is so many better places to play.

Generally, course ok. Cart Pat's are terrible. All the thousands of railroad ties need replaced-even the ones at clubhouse entrance. Nobody comes around with snacks or beverages. Also, carts are not allowed in parking lot -this is very inconvenient if you have bad knees or back (me). Place could really use a ranger on the course-one or two in our group was struggling hitting left or right and we had to let 3 groups through, but this slows things up.
