Casements - the beautifully simple, single latch design makes casement windows easy to open with just one hand. The ease with which they swing open makes them the ideal choice for harder to reach locations, such as over the sink in the kitchen or bathroom. Tilt and Turn - a sophisticated design incorporating 3 window functions.
Sash windows first became popular in the Georgian period and they've never really gone out of fashion. Sliding sash windows comprise two sashes, one in front of the other. The separate panes slide up and down along a vertical groove in the frame. This heritage design provides both an authentic-looking window feature, and a practical convection system all in one.
A bay window stops even the tiniest room from feeling closed-in and cramped. Wherever they appear, bay windows open up a new dimension, and the additional window space attracts more natural light into your home. This popular window feature adds character to the outside of your home, and provides extra space inside.
Flush casement windows lovingly echo the crafted timber joinery of an earlier age. Their design originates in the early years of Victoria's reign and they're considered a hallmark of early Victorian architecture. Our uPVC flush casement designs replicate with loving care the look and feel of traditional wooden windows.

Burgess Building are in the process of completing a very comprehensive renovation of our property in Buckingham. We wanted a local company we could trust, and Paul, Matt, James, Dyllan and the team have been supportive from the start. We have felt very comfortable with the culture of a family firm and they have looked after us from the start, to what is now close to being a finish. The quality of the workmanship is leaps-and-bounds ahead of what some of our friends have experienced in new builds. We are very pleased and would have no hesitation in recommending Burgess Building to anyone who is
