Stay clear.. we had a conservatory installed a few 2 years ago.. needed to claim under their 10 year warranty through Corgi Fenestration.. when i called Corgi to discuss they said that ARA should never have registered a warranty with them as Conservatories are not covered.. I have since found out that David Simmonds ( Operations Director ) has left as have most of the directors. Needless to say i am disappointed that if anything goes wrong with our Conservatory over the next few years, it is our responsibility.
I have many photos of the shabby job this company have completed as well as a copy of the fake warranty the build came with..
Stick to someone who does not sell you the dream, only for it to become a nightmare!!

Our experience of using ARA (2 windows, bifold door and associated brick work)
Would I use ARA window again? Yes, we would.
It’s important to note, we wanted a local company to supply and fit. We received 3 quotes from local companies and ARA were the only one that were bothered to come out to our house (thank you ARA). It’s worth noting, we wanted these fitted at a busy time (leading up to Christmas).
ARA were responsive throughout the whole process, with all means of communication.
The survey was good, they were quick to come out and offered a reasonable quote for the work required. Price

The sales process was excellent, no pressure and very supportive, the preparation again was faultless....and the installation was due to take place on the hottest days of the year but the team were brilliant, I cannot speak highly enough of the job the fitters did. I would not hesitate to use the company again....
