The staff in the baby room are wonderful, welcoming and inclusive. They genuinely care. Our son has always been safe and happy in babies and we know this will still be the case in tots. We not only provide the highest standard of nursery care and education in each of our settings, but also a unique environment in which children are actively encouraged to explore, learn and interact with others.
At Kids Planet, we believe in a healthy approach to bodies and appetites, with sociable mealtimes, balanced nutrition and fresh, varied menus. Our menus are healthy and well-balanced. Each nursery setting has an on-site, qualified chef with an in-depth understanding of nutrition, food hygiene, and menu planning.

Set up in 2008 by hard working mum Clare Roberts, Kids Planet now has 76 outstanding nurseries across the UK and is responsible for the care and education of over 10,000 children. Our Kids Planet journey begins! Our owner and founder Clare, a new mum to Isabelle (her first of three girls), launched Kids Planet in response to her struggle to find flexible, suitable childcare for her busy life.
I'm Clare Roberts, CEO of Kids Planet and mum to three girls. Originally when I first set up Kids Planet in 2008, I was struggling to find childcare in my local area that had the flexible hours that I needed after just having had my first daughter, Isabelle.
The job I had previously included lots of travel with early starts and late finishes and many local nurseries opened too late or closed too early for me to be able to consider them as an option.Having decided to take voluntary redundancy at my current role, I convinced my father, who had previously been one of the owners of another nursery group, to start again and set up Kids Planet.

At Kids Planet we are incredibly focused on children's interests being at the heart of everything we do. Our mission statement, "working together to inspire your world" was born out of this belief. An enabling environment provides children with the space and resources to play, explore and learn.

We pride ourselves on valuing our employees and recognising hard work - we provide progression, training and support throughout your career with us. Kids Planet Training Academy was launched in 2018 and has purpose built premises situated in Knutsford, Cheshire, as well as satellite centres across the North West.
All Kids Planet nurseries have a ParentZone app that allows parents to access information about their child's day at a time that suits them. We have also developed a 'play & learn at home' page that has various booklets of learning and interactive activities for you and your child.
