Compared to the other agents out there, On the Market Property Boutique is head and shoulders above the the rest in my experience. Their approach to property sales is unique and get the job done efficiently and professionally.
With two other agents I had no viewings with O T Market, even though I had a very unique, high end property, they gave me 20 to 30 viewings and sold my house in under 12 months. Well done On the Market

Annabelle and the team sold my property within a few weeks after I had started with a different agent without success.
They insisted on attending the viewings themselves, which I wasn’t too sure about at first but it is actually much better as you don’t have to worry about anything.
The team are all lovely and the whats app group is a great idea.
It feels so much better to know I’ve supported a lovely local company as they have supported me.

The rental market is rarely served by professionals - these guys are the exception. No messing about, no dopey bureaucracy and the application process was smooth, straight forward and easy to navigate. Lisa is good at what she does and she’s supported by competent back office staff who do what it says on the tin. I can recommend them
