We both have lived and worked in the local area since 1989. Jules having run three successful businesses locally and Jo having worked at Welsh Properties for several years. We believe we are a winning combination, working well together as a team with complementary skills and experience. Nat joined the team in 2019.

Jo, Jules and team are the best Estate Agents I’ve ever dealt with (and I’ve had lots of experience). Knowledgeable, well connected and hugely responsive and helpful.
They described our house beautifully, took superb pictures, organised the EPC and floor plan. They drew on their knowledge of the potential buyers and found a buyer before the house was formally on the market!

I have just had the pleasure of buying a property through Welsh Property Services and I cannot praise Jules and Jo enough. They are professional, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and both went way beyond what I would expect from an estate agent, particularly as I was not actually their client. I would not hesitate to recommend them and if I ever sell a property in this area then I would most definitely utilise their services.

I don't often feel that I need or want to review another firm of estate agents, but I must take time to praise these lovely ladies at Welsh Property Services. They have acted on a purchase being made by one of my sellers and they have been absolutely brilliant to work with, they are genuinely friendly and so, so helpful, they are knowledgeable and have the insight to know when a bit of humour and fun can diffuse an awkward or stressful time, in a word consummate professionals. My question to you reading this, is why wouldn't you use them as your estate agent ?
