My connection with this Firm goes back to my father's time who was one of the investors in the beginning .We continually buy and sell through them and have always got on well with all members of Staff.I have nothing but praise for the mannerly way that Rent Smart Wales is organised by them and the help that I have received from the Member of Staff who deals directly with lettings.

After reading the previous 3 reviews I felt i should chip in with my experiences. There was an infestation of cockroaches and an alarming stench of death, and that was just when I visited the office!! Callous, lousy, uncaring are all words I would use to describe this company.
Only care about one thing, and thats profit!

Having seen both of the reviews below, I'm almost convinced the second was posted by a member of staff because my experience was very similar to the first review.
I would recommend that anybody looking to rent via any agents reads into Rent Smart Wales and also any other relevant legislation to ensure they know their rights as tenants. Also ensure you know your tenancy agreement inside out to ensure you are able to spot when it is inevitable broken by the other party.
I would not recommend this estate agents at all. It is apparent that the staff do not have the correct level of training.
