Just wasted 50 mins on a round trip to the Carterton branch. I was 12 minutes late for my booking for wheel alignment. Was told by the guy on reception, who I think is the owner, "To be honest, we've taken on other work". No apology. Said to him that he could have called me but got no response. Came across this guy here before and thought he seemed a bit arrogant but gave him the benefit of the doubt. Have been buying tyres for two cars for a couple of years from this place but won't be doing anymore and I suggest anybody reading this doesn't either.

I had a nail in my tyre and it was my good fortune that I came to Carterton Tyre Service. The person I spoke to on the phone was very informative and gave me prices as well as informed me of what he had in stock. I turned up there physically 15 mins later and the friendly staff were with me straight away. They inspected the tyre and told me the nail hadnt pierced the tyre deep enough to cause any damage. They didn't charge me a penny for the service but gave me all their expertise as well as saved me a small fortune.
