WheelRight
We provide solutions for commercial transport and logistics fleets, government agencies and private vehicles to improve road transport safety while reducing operating costs, energy consumption and environmental waste. WheelRight's automated tyre safety check technologies are now being used across the world, inspecting tens of millions of tyres annually.

As you can see in the video, our drive-through automated solution is quick, easy and effective! We enable our global logistics and haulage customers to manage tyre safety and loads and to improve fuel efficiency by sending them instant alerts whenever we find a problem. All they have to do is drive the vehicle through our sensors.
Services
We provide road transport stakeholders a global network of drive-through technologies and services to automatically, accurately and reliably perform tyre inspections and capture tyre diagnostics: 'Automated Tyre Safety Check'. Our patented technologies are the result of several years of R&D at a University of Oxford Science Park, where we continue to develop our services for our customers.
WheelRight's cutting-edge drive-through automated tyre safety check system uses advanced technologies and services to provide a simple solution to the problems of performing tyre inspections and capturing tyre diagnostics.

We install our unique ground-based sensors and high-resolution imaging equipment at our customers' premises, which then transmit scanned inputs to our cloud-based software after each drive-through to report the resultant statistics for management, assessment or enforcement purposes.
We use high-resolution cameras and strobes to capture tread images and sophisticated algorithms to measure tread depth and identify tread damage. Tyre tread depth is often overlooked, or only inspected sporadically, despite the essential role it plays in ensuring grip and shedding water.

The fine line between having legal tread depth and illegal tread depth is such that tyre treads must be monitored regularly, especially when tyres are no longer new.Tyres with damage: cuts, gouges, embedded foreign objects, increase the potential for a catastrophic failure or an emergency roadside service, blowout.
We use high-resolution cameras and strobes to capture sidewall images and sophisticated algorithms to identify embossed lettering and damage on the tyre sidewall. Comprising two towers housing cameras and high intensity lights on each side of the vehicle to take images of the sidewall of passing tyres.
We use high-resolution cameras and strobes to capture vehicle images and sophisticated algorithms to identify each vehicle. CCTV cameras photograph the front and rear of each vehicle driving through the station and enable our customer support technicians to remote monitor each project site.

Customers with fleets with interchanging assets can include our proprietary Automatic Visual Fleet Recognition (AVFR) technology and service to ensure each asset is identified by their fleet ID and recorded for management and assessment as a separate vehicle.

I was really disappointed that a Science park does not have charging for electric vehicles. I'd expect it to be leading in areas such as this. Apart from that it is a nice area.
