One star as cant rate ZERO!
Shambles of a work place, rude office staff, dodge pension scheme and refuse too give payslips.
Had too take this company through acas too get £500 worth of owed wages they refused too pay me.
90% of the "been a driver at a+ f for 10 years reviews" are absolute rubbish they have that many staff turn over its crazy... AVOID!!!!

Have been working at a and f haulage LTD coming up to about 5 years working from rotherham delivering asphalt around Yorkshire and humber. Very relaxed type of work with no phone hassle on where you are or how long your gonna be. The hours can be a bit off some times as you can finish between 1300 or 1900 at night. Trucks are in good shape and new ones are in and more on the way (SCANIAS), I am not looking to move from this company in the near future.

Worked here now for nearly 2 years, very professional company. Good quality vehicles throughout the fleet. To work for i would say good, communication at times could be a little better as in more driver briefings and where the company is going forward. Management work with you to accommodate work/life balance at times. Pay structure fair. But overall quality company/Management/vehicle's. Once in never out.

They also take time to educate you as driver on health and safety , great company to work for, would recommend to anyone looking for a great future in the HGV game... .. 🥚😋

Top of the range fleet of trucks kept well maintained in The onsite workshop at the newly built yard. Management easy to get along with and go out there way to help you out. Worked here for nearly two years now and can say I’ve enjoyed 99% of my time here but you you will always have a bad day in any job you do. Can’t see me moving on any time soon!!!

I was coming off the slip road onto the a555 this morning indicating to merge. Myself and my 6 month child we’re in the car. The oncoming traffic was going at a steady pace including the lorry in question. Once I indicated the lorry picked up a large amount of speed causing me to swerve out of the way. APPALLING DRIVING, maybe he needs a refresher course on road safety.
